The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 16 each of a power switching unit identified by NSN 7H-6110-015622995-PP, TDP Version 009, and reference number M32150-A40XXXXX. Delivery is specified to the DLA Distribution San Joaquin facility in Tracy, California. The approved source is L3Harris Maritime Power, CAGE 04801; the Government states that it does not own the technical data or rights needed to obtain the part from additional sources and that reverse engineering would be uneconomical. This is an intended sole-source action under FAR 6.302-1, although responsible sources may submit capability information or proposals for consideration. Non-OEM sources must provide complete traceability to the OEM when submitting an offer. The notice is a presolicitation and not a request for competitive proposals.
