Description
British Columbia Lottery Corporation is conducting an RFI to understand whether vendors can address patron-funding challenges through PGF 2.0, a next-generation digital wallet platform with integrated banking rails. The initiative is intended to modernize patron-funding processes, simplify the patron experience, reduce operational complexity, and establish a platform that can evolve over time. The proposed approach must maintain regulatory, compliance, anti-money-laundering, privacy, security, and responsible gambling controls. The RFI is intended to inform BCLC’s solution strategy and any subsequent procurement; it is not a detailed requirements validation or competitive evaluation.
