Description
Timpanogos School District is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified architectural firms to design and provide related architectural services for remodeling its existing Support Services Offices. The scope may include services described in AIA Document B101, preparation of comprehensive construction documents, construction administration, value engineering, cost control, risk identification and mitigation, and other negotiated project-specific services. Pricing must not be included with the qualifications submission. Responses must address firm qualifications and experience, the proposed project team and consulting engineers, similar educational and other projects, client references, professional liability insurance, debarment certification, litigation or dispute history, and other relevant qualifications. The highest-ranked firm will be selected for direct negotiation of a contract at fair and reasonable compensation. Background checks may be required for personnel working at a district site.
