Description
Arizona State University is soliciting complete outdoor LED display and event-production systems, with Mountain America Stadium as the primary focus and separately priced alternatives for Phoenix Municipal Stadium, Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium, Mona Plummer Aquatic Complex, and Sun Devil Soccer/Lacrosse Stadium. The scope includes removal of existing LED equipment; new displays; Ross Video XPression and Tessera content management; a Ross Ultrix FR12 production router; processing, control, scoring and timing interfaces, closed-caption integration, fiber and signal transport, programming, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, warranty service, event support, and spare parts. The base bid includes two South End Zone LED displays, East Upper and Upper West Ribbon Boards, and integration of the retained North End Zone video board. Suppliers are responsible for LED and content-management design, structural and interface coordination, installation, integration, and complete operational performance in the Phoenix outdoor environment. The contract has an initial three-year term with two possible one-year renewals, for a maximum five-year term. Proposals must include qualifications, comparable project references, financial statements, completed pricing schedules, pricing assumptions, sustainability responses, mandatory certifications, and any exceptions or value-added proposals.
