Description
The National Park Service is requesting quotations from small businesses to establish one or more firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements for base rock, clean rock, and riprap. Estimated quantities are 12,600 tons of base rock, 3,150 tons of clean rock, and 2,625 tons of riprap over the agreement period; quantities are not guaranteed, and offerors must quote all price-schedule items and describe the size range for each material. The BPA may remain in effect for up to five years or until the maximum value of $200,000 is reached. Individual calls are limited to $10,000 for a single item and $30,000 for a combination of items. National Park Service personnel will pick up materials from a location within 20 miles of the Highway 19 and Highway 106 junction in Eminence, Missouri. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside, and quotations will be evaluated based on material compliance, past performance, and price.
