Description
The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority is soliciting bids for armored security services at its facility. The scope requires service six times per week, Monday through Saturday, including the labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and services necessary to perform the work. The solicitation identifies a maximum liability amount of $85,000 per shipment. The contract is a fixed-price agreement with a two-year base period and two one-year options to renew at the Authority's sole discretion. Bidders must submit the required pricing and administrative forms, non-collusion affidavit, participant information, certificates of insurance, and applicable DBE documentation. The contract requires workers' compensation, $1,000,000 vehicle liability, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, with the Authority named as an additional insured.
