Description
The City of Pittsburgh, through its Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids for an as-needed contract to supply building and construction materials. The contract will cover materials for the city's Facilities and Construction Divisions, including rebar, concrete products, sonotubes, drywall, ceiling tile, and various other supplies such as fasteners, caulking, insulation, and finishing materials. The city may award one or more contracts, with options for pickup from vendor locations within 7 air miles of the DPW Warehouse at 6300 A.V.R.R., Pittsburgh, PA 15201, or delivery to various city sites. The contract period is from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2028, with two one-year renewal options. Bids must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov portal by September 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
