Description
The Village of Coal City is soliciting lump-sum bids for the Well 7 Generator project. The bid package requires submission of a Bid Form, bid security, and Responsible Bidder Certification. The selected contractor must provide at least 40% of the labor required for project completion. The work must be substantially complete by May 14, 2027, and fully complete and ready for final payment by June 4, 2027. Liquidated damages are specified at $500 per calendar day. The bid package states that bids must be delivered directly to the Village of Coal City and will not be accepted by Chamlin & Associates.
