Description
The City of Miami Beach is requesting fixed unit pricing for as-needed fuel polishing services for pump station and portable tanks. The scope includes tank cleaning, fuel repair and filtration, additives per tank, fuel disposal priced per gallon, and estimated disposal pricing per tank across 22 station tanks and 11 portable tanks. Quantities are estimates only, and the City does not guarantee work or exclusive rights under any resulting agreement. The resulting agreement is expected to remain valid until $100,000 has been expended. The contractor must maintain required licenses, permits, and certifications; provide services during regular working hours unless otherwise authorized; and maintain an active telephone line with at least two management contacts. Electronic submission requires the completed Quote Form, the Bid Submittal Questionnaire, and applicable proof of minimum requirements. Insurance requirements include workers’ compensation or an applicable exemption, commercial general liability of at least $300,000 per occurrence, and automobile liability of at least $300,000 per accident, with the City named as an additional insured where applicable.
