Description
The City of Nixa is soliciting bids for seven 2,500-foot reels of 1/0, 220-mil jacketed primary underground distribution wire with a full concentric neutral and three 2,500-foot reels of 4/0, 220-mil jacketed wire with a one-third concentric neutral. Permitted substitutions include Okonite, Kerite, Prysmian, LS Cable, and Southwire products identified in the bid documents. Quantities are estimates and may be adjusted upon ordering. Bidders must submit pricing, estimated delivery lead time, item notes, supplier information, required acknowledgments, and a signed bid response through the electronic bid system. The Affidavit of Business Entity/E-Verify must be completed and uploaded. Emailed bids will not be accepted. The City may award by line item, group, all or none, or a combination thereof.
