Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County is soliciting bids to furnish and deliver primary underground cable in accordance with specifications available from the District. Bid prices must remain firm for at least 60 days after bid opening, and prices must exclude state and local sales and use taxes. Each bid must be sealed and marked “Bid Document 10738 - Primary Underground Cable.” A certified or cashier’s check payable to the Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County, or a bid bond from a corporate surety licensed in Washington, is required in an amount of at least 5% of the bid.
