The State of Washington, through the Department of Enterprise Services on behalf of the Employment Security Department, is seeking approximately 5,168 BOMA rentable square feet of existing office space. The space must be in Pierce County ZIP code 98373, 98374, 98375, 98371, or 98372, and must include a dual-head electric vehicle charger. The agency requires a minimum five-year lease; proposals may offer other lease terms up to ten years. Occupancy is desired by October 1, 2028. The space must be enclosed, conditioned, code-compliant, and equipped with plumbing, power, and lighting, with a layout that can be configured for agency operations. A welcoming reception area with separation between public and staff areas and a kitchenette are requested. The agency also identifies parking for 17 employee and customer vehicles as advantageous. Proposals should address the applicable leased-space, new-space, and space-allocation requirements in the attached appendices. Proof of ownership will be required before lease documents are drafted.
