Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a quote for eight custom exposed-aggregate concrete pots for plants at Jones Beach State Park. The pots must use 3/8-inch decorative pea-grit gravel, have a tapered interior, smooth internal casting surfaces, symmetrical decorative trim matching the reference photos, a matching color, and five evenly spaced 1/2-inch drainage holes in the bottom. The vendor must submit dimensional blueprints and a color scheme with the quote, obtain written approval for any changes to the dimensions, materials, or design, and securely pack, crate, and brace the pots for transit. The procurement is a one-time purchase, with award based on the lowest responsive, responsible, and qualified quote meeting the specifications. The RFQ response must be completed on the provided RFQ document; additional certifications are required if the response is $15,000 or more.
