Description
Tompkins County Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals for a One-Stop System Operator/Coordinator for the Tompkins County Workforce Development System. The selected contractor will develop and maintain a directory of workforce partners and their services, convene and facilitate quarterly partner meetings, identify and help address system-wide service-delivery issues, and meet at least bi-monthly with the TCWDB Executive Director and Operations and Oversight Committee. Proposals are limited to three pages, using 12-point font and single spacing, and must address organizational qualifications, directory development, quarterly convening, coordination methods, demonstrated capability, and a line-item budget narrative. The available budget is $2,500 for the full role, including staff time, administrative costs, travel, and other expenses. Required submission materials include the proposal, supplied certifications and questionnaires, a signed Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate, and other forms and attachments identified in the solicitation.
