Description
Spartanburg School District 4 is soliciting proposals for camera additions and NowMicro server upgrades as part of a surveillance infrastructure upgrade across its district facilities. The scope includes specified camera hardware, NowMicro Vigilant S4000 Series servers, ACC Unity 8 license upgrades, cabling, installation, integration, testing, labeling, training, support, and maintenance. The solicitation covers the district's high school, intermediate school, middle school, elementary school, primary school, athletic facilities, district office, warehouse, learning center, tennis court, softball field, and related sites. Proposals must include separate technical and pricing submissions, a redacted technical proposal, manufacturer product literature, software licensing and service-level agreement samples, qualifications and references, required bidder and vendor forms, and pricing for hardware, software, materials, labor, implementation, training, support, and maintenance. Attendance at the September 3, 2026, mandatory in-person pre-bid conference is required for prospective bidders intending to submit a bid.
