Description
This Sources Sought/RFI concerns ongoing maintenance and repair services for a four-lane bowling center at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi. The scope includes weekly preventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments, factory settings, ball-return and pinsetter maintenance, lane oiling and stripping, annual lane-inspection corrections within 24 hours, and support during special bowling events. The contractor must service Qubica AMF equipment and related scoring, foul-detection, furniture, ball-return, and back-office systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The contractor must provide supervision, labor, tools, management, scheduling, quality control, records, reporting, equipment and software training, and a Quality Control Plan. Government-furnished repair parts must be used first, while additional parts require prior approval and are billed at cost. Work is performed on site, generally during business hours, with contractor personnel accompanied while on campus. The RFI requests a response of no more than three pages, plus a cover sheet, addressing technical capability and comments on the draft Performance Work Statement; responses must be submitted in Microsoft Word using at least 11-point Times New Roman font.
