Description
The British Columbia Lottery Corporation is seeking proposals through a Request for Supplier Qualifications for the supply or lease of live table game licenses, including poker, blackjack, baccarat, craps, non-traditional games, and progressive systems. The scope may also include game-specific table signage, and the games would be operated at BCLC casino facilities throughout British Columbia. Addendum 1 clarifies that respondents must achieve at least 51 points across the combined Experience and Qualifications and Business and Technical Requirements sections before Sustainability is evaluated, and must achieve an overall score of at least 60 points to be included on the Qualified Supplier Roster. Respondents are not required to hold IGCO GSP registration at submission but must currently be capable of obtaining it if awarded a contract. Qualified suppliers may subsequently be invited to execute a master license and lease agreement and compete for discrete assignments; no purchase volume or contract value is guaranteed.
