Description
The Village of Estero is seeking experienced private-sector family entertainment and lifestyle operators, developers, and strategic partners to participate in a public-private partnership at the Village Center Hub. The approximately 20-acre Entertainment Campus is part of a broader 96-acre SportsPark Campus and is designed as an interconnected sports, dining, entertainment, and wellness destination. The opportunity contemplates long-term ground leases and complementary development concepts, with available parcels totaling approximately 6 acres across three plots. Potential uses include family entertainment centers, restaurants and breweries, retail and hospitality, fitness and wellness, and events; concepts must be complementary rather than competitive to the High 5 Exchange anchor. Proposals will be evaluated on capital structure, risk allocation, incentives, operator track record, and the overall feasibility of the partnership. The Village is seeking information and expressions of interest rather than a defined construction or operating price.
