Description
Pettis County is soliciting sealed hard-copy bids for approximately 4,652 feet of bike lane additions along Sacajawea Road from Route B to Highway 65. The project requires compliance with applicable Missouri and federal prevailing-wage requirements, including Annual Wage Order 33 and Davis-Bacon wage rates. Bidders must be on the Missouri Department of Transportation Qualified Contractor List, have their contractor questionnaire on file at least seven days before bid opening, purchase the plans through Great River Engineering, and be listed as a planholder. Each proposal must include a certified cashier’s check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid. The project has a 0% DBE goal, prohibits second-tier subcontracting, and will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
