Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an indefinite-quantity contractor to provide emergent and non-emergent ground ambulance transportation on an as-needed basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include stretcher transport, Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Specialty Care Transport, and Critical Care Transport, with vehicles, qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, management, and reporting furnished by the contractor. The contractor must be able to support up to four simultaneous transports, including one requiring Critical Care Transport capability up to Tier III, and use the VA-provided VetRide portal or other VA-approved transportation software for trip requests, status updates, and claims.
