Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting six complete Combat Rubber Raiding Craft (CRRC) boats and six complete 65-horsepower, long-shaft, two-stroke, three-cylinder, multi-fuel outboard motor systems. Each craft must be a new, black, 5.8-meter inflatable boat configured for dive operations, with Hypalon/Neoprene construction, cold-vulcanized seams, removable lower speed tubes, an integrated intercommunication-valve manifold, a disassemblable anodized-aluminum rigid floor system, a minimum nine-gallon marine fuel bladder, and a 15-foot dripless fuel line. Each motor must support gasoline and heavy fuels, electric and recoil starting, saltwater submersion to at least 65 feet for 24 hours, and integrated dewatering within 10 minutes after surfacing. The requirement also includes six motor support kits, six ready-service/spare-parts kits, six HD floor/stringer kits, shipping, and all associated ancillary equipment. Vendors must submit a firm-fixed-price schedule, specifications demonstrating compliance, comprehensive technical data sheets, independent laboratory material test reports, engineering drawings, and itemized kit contents. The awarded vendor must comply with duty-free-entry and U.S. re-manufacturing requirements for qualifying imported core engines. Delivery is required to three Coast Guard dive locker locations in Portsmouth, Virginia; National City, California; and Honolulu, Hawaii, with motors and kits due by March 30, 2027, and craft, floor systems, and fuel accessories due by June 28, 2027.
