Description
Alden Hebron School District 19 is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) for its existing Category 2 network infrastructure. The selected provider will support and manage eligible equipment and services, including firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, network controllers, and UPS battery backups. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered where the current platform identifies a particular brand. Bidders must have an E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable E-Rate rules, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and include the SPIN in the bid. Proposals may include hourly networking-service rates. The district may consider multi-year, month-to-month, or other varying contract terms, with any extensions and durations specified in the awarded contract.
