Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a six-month rental of a portable restroom trailer no longer than 36 feet, with at least three non-ADA stalls and one ADA-compliant stall. The trailer must include tanked-flush toilets, lavatories, hot water, hand dryers, trash cans, lighting, powered ventilation, climate control, lockable stalls with exterior occupancy indicators, built-in leveling jacks, and an accessible entrance ramp. Waste lines must be pitched and ready for direct connection to a flexible waste line and sewer, without holding tanks that require emptying. The contractor must deliver, unhitch, level, and provide ramps or stairs before May 11, 2027, and pick up the trailer no earlier than November 10, 2027. The agency will provide and connect the water, sewer, and electrical services and will handle routine cleaning and supplies. The contractor must verify the trailer's systems at setup and address major repairs within 48 hours. Pricing must separately identify the six-month rental, delivery, setup, and pickup. The amended RFQ response form is required; additional certifications are required if the quote is $15,000 or more.
