Description
Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat is inviting qualified mechanical contractors to apply for prequalification on vendor-of-record lists serving Conseil scolaire Viamonde and Conseil scolaire catholique Providence. The scope covers mechanical construction work for projects valued at $100,000 to $1,500,000 across five Ontario zones: Chatham-Kent/Windsor-Essex; Hamilton/Niagara/Waterloo/Wellington; Kawarthas/Simcoe; London-Middlesex/Oxford/Lambton/Bruce-Grey; and the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding municipalities. Prequalified contractors may be invited to compete for subsequent project-specific tenders or quotations, but no work volume or award is guaranteed. Respondents must demonstrate relevant mechanical-construction experience, including at least three similar projects for broader public-sector organizations valued above $750,000 and completed within the last five years. Submissions require company and personnel information, three signed owner or consultant references, proof of registration and certification to practice in Ontario, and confirmation of the ability to obtain at least $5,000,000 in liability insurance. The procurement is restricted against qualifying U.S. businesses under the stated Ontario policy.
