Description
The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is soliciting proposals for one or more on-call convenience-use contracts supporting preliminary and advanced eelgrass and macroalgae surveys for capital development and operating projects. Services must follow the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Components of a Complete Eelgrass Delineation Report and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Eelgrass/Macroalgae Habitat Interim Survey Guidelines, with qualified staff capable of providing environmental survey, documentation, planning, and permitting support. Work will be authorized through individually negotiated task orders with project-specific scopes, schedules, start and end dates, deliverables, and compensation. The initial contract term is expected to be five years, with one possible two-year extension, for a potential total duration of up to seven years. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years of eelgrass/macroalgae survey experience, submit hourly rates for specified personnel classifications, and provide experience, references, certifications, and other required appendices.
