Description
The contractor will provide the labor, materials, equipment, and tools to clean six grease traps in specified medical-center buildings and dispose of grease in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Six inspections are required each contract year, in December, February, April, June, August, and October; up to three additional service calls per year are included to pump a lift station. The contractor must coordinate service dates with the government and provide service reports and an annual service schedule. The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
