Description
Whitehall School District is requesting districtwide internet access with capacity from 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps, along with internal network equipment and related maintenance. Requested equipment includes switches, optical transceivers, network racks, fiber enclosures, single-mode fiber-optic cabling, fiber patch panels and blanks, and a caching server, with necessary power supplies, cables, software, and licensing where specified. Equivalent products are permitted for several listed items. The scope also includes basic maintenance of internal switches and caching equipment. The Form 470 identifies the requested services and equipment but does not provide a proposal submission method or submission deadline; bids may not be due before the allowable contract date of December 1, 2026.
