Description
The City of Culver City is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive, on-call third-party coordination services for capital improvement, transportation, utility, roadway, development, and infrastructure projects. The consultant will act as an extension of City staff during pre-design, design, construction, and post-construction phases. Services include identifying and coordinating with utility owners, public agencies, regulatory bodies, railroads, property owners, developers, and adjacent jurisdictions; managing permits, approvals, easements, agreements, utility relocations, design reviews, inspections, shutdowns, and system activation; tracking commitments, milestones, risks, and required-by dates; facilitating meetings and issue resolution; and preparing coordination plans, matrices, logs, reports, and closeout documentation. Work will be authorized as needed through individual task orders with project-specific scopes, schedules, deliverables, personnel, and not-to-exceed compensation. Proposals must address the requested qualifications, project approach, team experience, comparable projects, references, methods, and hourly fee schedule.
