Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia, is seeking design professional services for the renovation and expansion of Ogeechee Technical College's automotive technology facilities. The project includes approximately 7,589 square feet of renovations to existing laboratory space and approximately 11,985 square feet of new construction to support gas, hybrid, and fully electric vehicle service, diagnosis, repair, and training programs. The selected design professional will provide design, project planning, sustainable design, and construction administration services for a Construction Manager-at-Risk project. The scope includes high-voltage systems, advanced battery technologies, power electronics, Georgia Peach certification, and use of the owner's e-Builder project management system. The preliminary construction cost limitation is $10,920,000. Respondents must submit a statement of qualifications addressing firm information, minimum qualifications, design team, relevant project experience, design approach, project suitability, licenses, insurance information, and required certification, affidavit, and disclosure forms.
