Description
Western Michigan Christian High School is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access with capacity from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, including installation and initial configuration, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, at least one static IP address, 24/7 service with a maximum four-hour response time, and itemized connectivity equipment and maintenance components. The Category 2 requirements include approximately one Sophos or equivalent firewall with installation, configuration, and maintenance; basic maintenance for eligible switches, wireless access points, cabling, UPS units, routers, firewall, and caching server; managed internal broadband services for existing equipment; and related network equipment and software or licenses. The current equipment list includes Ruckus switches and access points, APC UPS units, and a Cipafilter firewall. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, provide firm-fixed pricing, itemize non-eligible goods and services separately, and provide proof of workers' compensation insurance and a $2 million liability insurance umbrella upon award. Proposals will be evaluated on price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and ability to complete the work within the required timeframe.
