Description
The City of Alpharetta, Georgia is soliciting bids for its FY 2027 Milling & Resurfacing project. This project encompasses various tasks including traffic control, pavement milling, tack coat installation, asphaltic concrete surface course installation, soil cement application, seal coating, crack sealing, and general cleanup. All work must adhere to the latest Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for the Construction of Transportation Systems. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Georgia Department of Transportation for this type of work and must submit their qualification letter with their bid package. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's bid posting website, http://cityofalpharetta.bonfirehub.com/, by the closing date. Hard copy, mail, facsimile, or email submissions will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. A bid bond of 5% of the bid pricing is required.
