Description
The Town of Fremont is requesting qualifications from firms to provide on-call, multidisciplinary professional engineering services. Required experience includes water, wastewater, stormwater, asset condition, transportation, parks and recreation, and public facilities projects. Selected firms will support preliminary and post-award work, funding applications and administration, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, permits, uniform guidance, and the Town's Code of Ordinances. The proposed initial contract duration is three years, with two optional one-year extensions. The notice invites submissions from small, minority-owned, women-owned, and historically underutilized businesses.
