The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from qualified highly skilled vendors to perform, or cause to be performed, the purchase and installation of emergency backup generators for Project 4827-0014 Beaufort County Generators. The scope includes the purchase, design, engineering, unloading, installation, connection, and testing of the generators at critical facilities eligible through the NCEM Hazard Mitigation Program. The project involves the installation of a 150 kW diesel generator and a 400 amp automatic transfer switch at 38 N Boyd Rd, Pinetown, NC 27865. The selected vendor must provide a turn-key firm fixed price, including all equipment, labor, materials, and project management. The contract term is 12 months with an option to renew for up to 6 additional months.
