Description
The City of Boston is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one ADA-compliant passenger van for its PWD program. The bid item is a single motor vehicle, with bidders required to provide a unit price and total cost on the City’s bid response form. The procurement is for an actual quantity of supplies to be purchased during a one-year contract term. The City may consider equal products that meet the specified quality, durability, appearance, strength, design, functional, and detailed requirements. Electronic responses may be submitted through the City’s Online Sourcing & Procurement system; alternatively, bidders may submit a traditional paper bid with the required original and duplicate copy. Applicable bid deposits, insurance, and performance-security requirements are governed by the solicitation and advertisement.
