Description
The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive management and ongoing support for six public-facing websites. The scope includes hosting, domain and DNS administration, cPanel and related infrastructure, WordPress and Elementor administration, software updates, security monitoring, malware response, troubleshooting, technical support, content publishing, Microsoft OneDrive integration, website development, redesign, rebranding, responsive design, usability, SEO, new website creation, and ongoing technical and design leadership. The contractor will also support the organization's Mailchimp account and email campaigns and provide graphic-design services such as report formatting, infographics, document stylesheets, and printed communications. Proposals must include legal and contact information, key personnel qualifications, similar-project experience, at least three client references with service periods and client contact information, and estimated costs for nonprofessional services. Evaluation will consider experience and qualifications, references, cost, value, project timeline, and interviews. The solicitation states a three-year term with two additional three-year renewal options. The revised General Terms and Conditions detail insurance requirements.
