The Alabama Department of Human Resources is soliciting lawn care services for its Tuscaloosa County office. The scope includes up to 20 grass cuttings during the October 2026–September 2027 fiscal year, with mowing, weed eating, edging, debris and trash removal, leaf mulching or removal, and cleanup of sidewalks, parking areas, walkways, porches, trees, and fence lines. The contractor must coordinate schedules and cutting height with the county office point of contact. The solicitation also requires shrub and hedge trimming twice annually, once in spring and once in fall, with all cuttings removed. Water-retention areas and ponds, including drain areas, must be cut, trimmed, and sprayed six times from April through September. Pricing is requested per cut or service occurrence, and payment is net 30 in arrears after completion. Proof of insurance must be attached.
