Description
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is seeking a small-business contractor to provide officer-identification products under a single firm-fixed-price award. The requirement includes 14,500 three-pack Police ICE PVC patch sets with Ranger Green backing and white reflective lettering; 29,000 custom 1-by-2-inch name tapes with Ranger Green backing and white UV-printed customization; and 14,500 Combat Swag ICE badge sleds, plus shipping. The products must provide visible- and infrared-light reflection, support positive identification in ambient light and with night-vision equipment, and use durable, soft-textured materials that resist fading, fraying, harsh weather, abrasive conditions, blood-borne pathogens, and chemical-agent exposure. Quotes must include product information sufficient to demonstrate compliance, total firm-fixed pricing including shipping, delivery timeframe, warranty information, and any assumptions or deviations. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after award. The Government will use a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
