Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution El Reno, is soliciting firm-fixed-price offers for quarterly bread products. The attached award table identifies whole wheat hamburger buns, whole wheat hot dog buns, and whole wheat bread, with quantities of 3,500 loaves, 2,400 packages, and 7,000 loaves, respectively. Delivery is FOB destination and must follow the solicitation's delivery schedule from October 6 through December 29, 2026. The opportunity is a 100% small-business set-aside. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price, and inadequate past performance may result in a non-responsibility determination. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with current representations and certifications. The completed Excel sheet must be submitted in the required format.
