Description
The Government of Saskatchewan, on behalf of the Ministry of Health and the Saskatchewan Health Authority, is issuing a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers for the provision of addiction treatment spaces. These spaces will include a combination of inpatient treatment and transitional support services delivered by third-party providers across the entire province of Saskatchewan. The pre-qualified suppliers will be eligible to participate in a second-stage competitive process to negotiate agreements for these treatment spaces. This RFSQ is a refresh response notice; previously prequalified suppliers from RFSQ-8734, RFSQ-8734-1, and RFSQ-8734-2 are not required to submit a response.
