The City of Newnan, through the Newnan Urban Redevelopment Agency (NURA), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from licensed architectural, structural engineering, and land surveying firms. This initiative is supported by a $4.6 million federal allocation aimed at rehabilitating owner-occupied housing and constructing new homes for low-, moderate-, and middle-income families. Selected firms will be pre-qualified to provide services on an as-needed basis, including site surveys, structural assessments and design, architectural drawings, code compliance reviews, and construction phase support. The goal is to establish a pool of qualified firms to expedite contracting for these projects while ensuring high standards and compliance with federal funding requirements.
