Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a firm-fixed-price commercial supply contract for steel and other metal materials needed to complete work on a Stamford De-Watering Box. Requested items include ASTM-grade round bar, solid bar, seamless pipe and tubing, plate, flat bar, a T-beam, rolled skin plate with specified weld bevels, seal bar shapes, and ASTM A325 fasteners in the listed sizes and quantities. Drawings specify the rolled skin plate and seal bar requirements. Materials must be delivered within eight weeks of award, accompanied by applicable, traceable mill certifications and testing reports. The contractor arranges shipping; the government unloads the materials. The procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside, and offerors must be registered in SAM and comply with the cited Buy American and qualifying-country clauses.
