Description
The City seeks a vendor to plan, prepare, deliver, administer, and evaluate Spanish-language programs. The vendor must develop structured, age-appropriate curricula with learning objectives, vocabulary, conversational skills, instructional methods, and anticipated outcomes. Instruction should be interactive and engaging, introduce Spanish-speaking cultures, and foster an inclusive learning environment. The vendor must revise curricula as needed based on City feedback and program evaluation, coordinate with City staff, and support participants with disabilities and other needs. Unless otherwise specified, the vendor supplies the materials needed for its proposed programs. The bid includes a program proposal form requesting details such as program name, target age group, hours, length, enrollment limits, price, and season. The selected vendor will receive 70% of the base class fee, with the City receiving 30%; the City provides specified program support, including registration management and marketing. The vendor must comply with City procedures, safety and incident-reporting requirements, and applicable background-check and mandated-reporter requirements for personnel working with vulnerable populations.
