Description
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is soliciting qualified certified public accounting firms to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, and 2027. The audit must comply with the requirements in the request for proposals and all applicable legal and professional standards. The selected firm will provide audit-adjustment notations as needed and advise on procedural changes to improve the District’s financial record-keeping; these services are incidental to the audit and must be included in the proposal.
