Description
Champions Christian Academy is soliciting non-budgetary bids for 1 Gbps bundled internet access, including a leased router and the ability to upgrade bandwidth without extending the original contract term. Pricing must separately identify eligible and ineligible products and services and include all applicable taxes, fees, shipping, and other delivery costs. SPI invoicing is required, and vendors must guarantee service delivery. The opportunity also includes installation and initial configuration of internal connections equipment: one firewall, two wireless access points, one 24-port PoE switch with a 10G uplink module and cable, one 1,500 VA UPS, and associated patch cables. Bids must identify the manufacturer, model, and SKU for all hardware and include installation where required. Vendors must comply with FCC national security supply-chain restrictions and the Lowest Corresponding Price Rule. Generic proposals and vendor pricelists will not be considered.
