Description
The North Dakota Office of the Attorney General intends to purchase eleven MX908 handheld high-pressure mass spectrometers for detecting and identifying drugs, fentanyl analogs, chemical warfare agents, explosives, and related threats. The devices must meet detailed requirements for trace-level detection, multiple sample types, field operation, reporting, ruggedness, and performance validation. The purchase includes necessary supplies, equipment, software updates, a one-year warranty and support, and on-site training for 10 students within 12 months of purchase. This is a notice of intent to make a noncompetitive purchase, but vendors may respond with equivalent commodities or services. Responses should address the specifications point by point, provide available supporting product information, describe any value-added features or alternatives, and include detailed pricing, including shipping and handling. The stated purchase price is $1,200,000.
