Description
Paramount Unified School District is soliciting electronic lump-sum bids for construction at its West Campus. The scope includes a 2,304-square-foot clubhouse; synthetic-turf baseball, softball, and practice soccer fields with inlaid markings and subsurface drainage; tennis courts; field fencing and gates; athletic field equipment; Musco sports lighting; utilities, grading, paving, landscaping, irrigation, and related building systems and finishes. The solicitation is divided into multiple trade categories, including demolition and grading, landscaping, general construction, masonry, fencing, framing and drywall, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Bidders must use the District's bid forms, meet applicable California licensing, prequalification, public-works registration, prevailing-wage, DVBE participation, bonding, and other public-contract requirements. The project duration is 212 consecutive calendar days, with substantial completion required within 182 consecutive calendar days.
