Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market intelligence for the Joint Deployment Warfighting Complex, a planned high-security facility for 750 personnel. The project is expected to use a progressive design-build delivery method under the 10 U.S.C. 2808a Other Transaction authority for construction, with an estimated construction budget of $350 million. The facility is expected to include secure administrative areas, operations centers, and SCIF spaces, stringent security requirements, fully redundant electrical and mechanical systems, and major civil site modifications. Interested firms are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than five pages describing their interest, bonding capacity, and relevant progressive design-build and secure-facility experience.
