Description
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory under contract to the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking a contractor to place, renew, maintain, and manage domestic and foreign serial and periodical subscriptions in electronic, print, and other available formats. The scope includes journals, standing orders, online databases, technical reports, memberships, government documents, abstracts and indexes, back issues, and related information resources. Required services include subscription ordering and renewal, access to a web-based serials management system, publisher coordination, electronic journal access support, account and financial management, publisher payments, invoicing, reporting, claims processing, cancellations, credits, refunds, customer support, and training. The contractor must demonstrate experience serving customers with similar size, complexity, and scope, and must provide the applicable capability materials, including sample title pricing, sample invoices, screenshots and sample renewal lists from two customers, and two customer references. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror offering the lowest total price, including options, while meeting all technical requirements.
