Description
The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, is gathering information about firms that can serve as strategic advisors and operational partners for its Student Health Insurance Plan. Requested capabilities include insurance procurement and carrier negotiations; compliance guidance; enrollment, waiver administration, and student communications; claims analytics and reporting; campus health center collaboration; account management; renewal planning; and student advocacy. The university also asks about compensation and fiduciary arrangements, technology platforms, service guarantees, proposed staffing, and whether the firm would provide an on-site student health insurance representative. Respondents are asked to describe relevant higher-education experience and provide three references from institutions of similar size and complexity, including measurable client outcomes. This is an information-gathering request only: it will inform whether the university issues a future competitive solicitation, and no contract will be awarded directly from this RFI.
