Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is procuring one 74-horsepower diesel skid steer with a factory-enclosed cab, heating and air conditioning, heated air-ride seat, keyless start, reversing fan, radio with Bluetooth, backup camera, 15.8-inch rubber tracks, standard- and high-flow hydraulics, hydraulic coupler, ride control, and a 74-inch heavy-duty bucket with cutting edge. The Q&A confirms that the Kubota SVL75-3 with tracks is acceptable if equipped with high-flow capability, and comparable manufacturers are acceptable if no special harnesses or attachments are required. The requirement also includes a 72-inch hydraulic-angle broom with poly bristles and dust-suppression equipment; heavy-duty 48-inch adjustable pallet forks with a 4,500-pound lift capacity; a skid-steer-mounted concrete mixer with a 15.89-cubic-foot capacity and specified hydraulic and discharge features; and delivery. Except for the concrete mixer, the buyer prefers all attachments to be the same brand, and the machine must be compatible with the mixer. Shipping costs must be included in the applicable line-item prices. The procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside and will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria.
